현재 ASK 기능을 사용할 때 사용자가 입력한 질문과 답변 생성에 필요한 컨텍스트는 답변 생성을 위해 외부 AI 모델 제공자에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다. 본 고지는 이미 제공 중인 처리에 대한 설명이므로, 아래 Version 2.0 방침의 시행일(2026-10-27)과 무관하게 즉시 적용됩니다.

ASK 답변 신고 기능에 따르는 보관은 이와 별개의 처리이며 아직 운영되고 있지 않습니다. 신고 검토를 위한 질문·답변의 최대 24시간 임시 보관과 신고된 내역의 최대 180일 보관은 Version 2.0 방침이 시행되는 2026-10-27부터 적용됩니다. 위 즉시 시행 고지가 신고 기록의 보관을 허용하는 것은 아닙니다.

그 외 Version 2.0 방침의 내용은 2026-10-27부터 시행되며, 그때까지는 종전 방침이 적용됩니다.

1. 개요

MarketLegion은 MarketLegion Technologies, Inc. (미국 델라웨어주 법인, 이하 "당사")가 운영하는 AI 기반 암호화폐 인텔리전스 플랫폼입니다. 본 개인정보처리방침("방침")은 당사가 MarketLegion 서비스(이하 "서비스") 이용 과정에서 수집·처리·보관하는 개인정보의 범위, 방법, 그리고 사용자의 권리를 설명합니다.

본 서비스는 웹 애플리케이션을 통해 제공되며, 출시된 경우 iOS 및 Android 애플리케이션을 통해서도 제공됩니다. 웹/PWA 채널은 모바일 앱 출시 이후에도 병행하여 유지됩니다.

본 서비스는 투자자문·매매 추천·수익 보장을 제공하지 않습니다. 모든 신호 정보는 참고용이며, 투자 결정은 전적으로 사용자 본인의 책임입니다.

MarketLegion은 만 18세 이상 성인을 대상으로 하는 서비스입니다. 만 18세 미만은 계정을 생성하거나 서비스를 이용할 수 없으며, 당사는 만 18세 미만 이용자의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 이 기준은 이용약관 제3조의 이용 가능 연령과 동일하며, 앱스토어가 각 지역 규칙에 따라 표시하는 콘텐츠 등급과는 별개입니다. 만 18세 미만 자녀의 정보가 수집되었다고 판단되는 경우 policy@marketlegion.ai로 연락 주시기 바랍니다. 당사가 만 18세 미만 이용자임을 확인한 경우, 해당 계정을 해지할 수 있으며 관련 개인정보는 본 개인정보처리방침, 관련 법령 및 법적 보존 의무에 따라 삭제하거나 그 밖의 방법으로 처리합니다.

10. 국제 데이터 이전

당사는 미국(버지니아주 매클레인)에서 운영되며, 서비스는 Amazon Web Services의 미국 US East(버지니아 북부) 리전에서 호스팅됩니다. 웹 애플리케이션과 마케팅 사이트는 Vercel이 호스팅합니다. EU/EEA 사용자의 데이터는 GDPR 표준계약조항(SCC) 등 적절한 보호 조치를 통해 이전됩니다.

11. 방침 변경

중요한 변경 사항은 효력 발생일 최소 30일 전에 회원 계정 이메일과 서비스 내 공지로 통지합니다. 효력 발생일 이후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

Notice in effect now — external AI processing in Ask (effective immediately)

When you use Ask, the question you enter and the context needed to generate the answer may be processed by a third-party AI model provider. This notice describes processing that already takes place, so it applies immediately, independently of the 2026-10-27 effective date of the Version 2.0 Policy below.

The storage that comes with reporting an Ask answer is separate processing, and it is not yet in operation. Holding a question and answer for up to 24 hours so that a report can be reviewed, and keeping a reported interaction for up to 180 days, apply from 2026-10-27 when the Version 2.0 Policy takes effect. The notice above does not authorize the storage of report records.

The remainder of the Version 2.0 Policy takes effect on 2026-10-27; until then the previous policy continues to apply.

1. Overview

MarketLegion is a crypto-market decision intelligence service operated by MarketLegion Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, and store personal information when you use the MarketLegion service ("Service").

The Service is available through the web application and, where released, the iOS and Android applications. The web/PWA channel remains active in parallel after mobile app launch.

The Service does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or profit guarantees. All signal information is for informational purposes only. All investment decisions are solely the user's own responsibility.

9. Minimum Age & Children's Privacy

MarketLegion is a service for adults aged 18 and over. Individuals under 18 may not create an account or use the Service, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. This is the same minimum age stated in Section 3 of the Terms of Service, and it is separate from any content rating an app store may display under that region's rules. If you believe a child's information has been collected, contact policy@marketlegion.ai. Where we learn that a user is under 18, we may terminate the account and delete or otherwise handle the associated personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable law, and any legally required retention obligations.

10. International Data Transfers

We operate from the United States (McLean, Virginia). The Service is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the US East (N. Virginia) region; the web application and marketing site are hosted by Vercel. For EU/EEA users, we transfer data using appropriate safeguards including GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

11. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect, by email to your account address and by in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
