당사는 다수의 라이선스 데이터 제공자를 통해 멀티에셋 시장 데이터(암호화폐, 주식, 선물, 외환, ETF)를 수집합니다. 모든 가격 정보는 실시간이지만 데이터 소스 장애 시 지연 또는 오류가 발생할 수 있으며, 절대적 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.
당사는 JWT RS256 (15분 액세스 토큰), bcrypt 비밀번호 해싱 (cost=12), HTTPS Full Strict, IP 기반 무차별 대입 차단(5회 실패 → 15분 잠금), 모든 엔드포인트에 6개 보안 헤더(CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options 등)를 적용합니다.
당사 신호는 PRO/ELITE 등급별로 차등 제공되며, 회원이 Settings에서 알림 채널(in-app, Web Push, Sound)과 자산별 활성화를 직접 선택할 수 있습니다. 무차별 알림 발송은 하지 않습니다.
디지털 신호 서비스 특성상 단순 변심 환불은 불가합니다. 시스템 장애로 7일 이상 이용 불가 시 비례 환불, 중복 결제 시 전액 환불, 법적 요구 시 환불됩니다. 자세한 내용은 이용약관 §4.3을 참조하세요.

Categories of personal data collected, purposes of collection/use, retention periods, third-party sharing, user rights (access, rectification, deletion), cookie policy, data security measures, global compliance (GDPR, KISA).
We collect multi-asset market data (cryptocurrency, equities, futures, FX, ETFs) via multiple licensed data providers. All price data is real-time but may experience latency or errors during data-source outages; absolute accuracy is not guaranteed.
We apply JWT RS256 (15-minute access tokens), bcrypt password hashing (cost=12), HTTPS Full Strict, IP-based brute-force lockout (5 failures → 15 min), and 6 security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, etc.) on every endpoint.
Our signals are tier-based (PRO/ELITE), and members select notification channels (in-app, Web Push, Sound) and per-asset activation directly in Settings. We do not send indiscriminate notifications.
Due to the digital nature of signal services, buyer's remorse refunds are not available. Pro-rated refund for 7+ consecutive days of system outage, full refund for duplicate charges, and refunds required by law. See Terms §4.3 for details.
