1. 약관의 동의
본 서비스 이용약관("약관")은 NoMareX Holdings LLC (미국 유한책임회사, 이하 "당사")가 운영하는 MarketLegion 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 사용자(이하 "회원")가 이용함에 있어 당사와 회원 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.
회원이 서비스에 가입하거나 이용함으로써 본 약관 및 별도의 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
2. 서비스 정의
MarketLegion은 AI 기반 멀티에셋 시그널 인텔리전스 플랫폼입니다 — 암호화폐, 주식, 선물, 외환, ETF를 포함합니다:
- 고정 Universe 20개 자산 시장 데이터 (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, DOGE, ADA, LINK, AVAX, BCH, NEAR, ARB, OP, SUI, APT, DOT, ATOM, LTC, UNI, AAVE, ONDO)
- AI 신호 엔진 (CH1-CH4 채널)
- 실시간 가격 + 24시간 거래대금 정보
- CryptoPanic 뉴스 통합 (Bullish/Bearish 분류)
- Web Push 알림 (PWA)
- Subscription 관리 (Stripe)
3. 회원 계정
3.1 가입 요건
- 현재 초대 전용(Invite-Only) 베타 단계입니다. 별도 초대 코드 또는 무료 코드(Complimentary Code)가 필요합니다.
- 회원은 정확하고 완전한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 13세 이상이어야 합니다.
- 1인 1계정 원칙입니다. 다중 계정 운영 적발 시 모든 계정 정지 가능.
3.2 계정 보안
- 회원은 비밀번호 및 접근 자격증명의 비밀을 유지할 책임이 있습니다.
- 당사는 JWT RS256 + bcrypt 해싱 + IP 잠금(5회 실패 시 15분) 등 보안 조치를 적용합니다.
- 무단 사용 발견 시 즉시 support@marketlegion.ai로 통보해야 합니다.
4. 구독 및 결제
4.1 요금제

Launch Special은 결제 시작일로부터 3개월간 50% 할인이 적용됩니다(달력월이 아닌 결제 주기 기준). 3개월 종료 후 정상가로 자동 전환됩니다.
4.2 결제 수단
- Stripe (신용/체크카드, USD 또는 KRW)
- 향후 추가: Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) / Google Play Billing (Android)
4.3 환불 정책
중요: 디지털 신호 서비스의 특성상, 결제 완료 후 환불은 다음 경우에만 제공됩니다:
- 당사 시스템 장애로 7일 이상 서비스 이용 불가 시 (해당 기간 비례 환불)
- 중복 결제 또는 명백한 청구 오류 시 (전액 환불)
- 법적 요구에 의한 환불
단순 변심, 신호 결과 불만족, 시장 손실은 환불 사유에 해당하지 않습니다.
4.4 해지
회원은 언제든지 Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription을 통해 다음 결제일 기준으로 해지할 수 있습니다. 이미 결제된 기간은 만료일까지 정상 이용 가능합니다.
5. 면책 사항 (Disclaimers)
투자 자문 아님: MarketLegion이 제공하는 모든 정보(가격, 신호, 뉴스 분류, AI 분석 등)는 정보 제공 목적이며 투자 자문, 매매 추천, 또는 수익 보장이 아닙니다. 회원의 모든 투자 결정은 전적으로 회원 본인의 책임입니다.
- 당사는 시장 손실, 거래 실패, 거래소 장애로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
- 암호화폐 및 기타 금융 자산 투자는 변동성과 원금 손실 가능성을 수반합니다.
- 당사는 등록된 투자자문업자, 증권사 또는 금융기관이 아닙니다.
- 당사 신호와 분석은 알고리즘 기반이며 미래 시장 움직임을 보장하지 않습니다.
6. 책임 제한
법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 당사의 회원에 대한 총 책임은 어떠한 경우에도 직전 12개월 동안 회원이 당사에 지불한 구독료 합계를 초과하지 않습니다. 당사는 간접적, 부수적, 결과적, 징벌적 손해(이익 손실, 기회 비용, 투자 손실 등)에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
7. 지적재산권
MarketLegion 서비스, 신호 알고리즘, AI 모델, UI/UX 디자인, 로고, 상표("CryptoTik" 명칭은 영구 폐기됨), 모든 컨텐츠는 당사의 지적재산입니다. 회원은 개인 비상업적 용도에 한정된 비독점적 사용권을 부여받습니다.
특허 출원 진행 중 (Patent Pending). 무단 복제, 역공학, 신호 재배포는 금지됩니다.
8. 회원 의무 및 금지 행위
- 법률 또는 규제를 위반하는 행위
- 당사 신호 또는 분석을 제3자에게 무단 재배포 또는 판매
- API 무단 스크래핑, 자동화 봇 운영 (당사 명시적 승인 없이)
- 다른 회원의 계정 탈취 또는 사칭
- 서비스 인프라에 부정 접근, 취약점 악용
- 당사 또는 다른 회원의 명예를 훼손하는 행위
9. 서비스 변경 및 종료
- 당사는 서비스의 개선, 추가 기능, 유지보수, 보안 패치를 위해 사전 통지 후 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
- 중대한 약관 변경 시 30일 전 이메일 통지하며, 통지 후 계속 이용 시 새 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
- 회원의 약관 위반 시 당사는 사전 통지 없이 계정을 정지하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
10. 데이터 출처 및 정확성
당사는 다수의 라이선스 데이터 제공자(거래소 공개 API, 시장 데이터 벤더, 뉴스 라이선스)를 통해 멀티에셋 시장 데이터를 수집합니다. 데이터 소스 장애, 지연, 오류로 인한 불일치에 대해 당사는 최선의 노력을 다하나 절대적 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.
11. 분쟁 해결 및 준거법
본 약관은 미국 델라웨어 주 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 미국 델라웨어 주 법원을 1심 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다. 한국 거주 회원의 경우 한국 소비자보호법이 강행규정으로 적용되는 범위 내에서 해당 권리를 보장합니다.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MarketLegion services (the "Service") operated by NoMareX Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
MarketLegion is an AI-powered multi-asset signal intelligence platform — covering cryptocurrency, equities, futures, FX, and ETFs — offering:
- Locked Universe of 20 assets (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, DOGE, ADA, LINK, AVAX, BCH, NEAR, ARB, OP, SUI, APT, DOT, ATOM, LTC, UNI, AAVE, ONDO)
- AI Signal Engine (CH1-CH4 channels)
- Real-time price + 24h trading volume
- CryptoPanic news integration (Bullish/Bearish)
- Web Push notifications (PWA)
- Subscription management via Stripe
3. Accounts
3.1 Eligibility
- Currently in Invite-Only beta. Requires invite code or complimentary code.
- You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information.
- One account per person. Multi-account violations may result in termination.
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.
- We apply JWT RS256, bcrypt hashing, and IP-based brute-force lockout (5 failures → 15 min).
- Notify support@marketlegion.ai immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Billing
4.1 Pricing Tiers

Launch Special applies a 50% discount for 3 billing cycles starting from your billing start date (not calendar months). After 3 cycles, regular price applies.
4.2 Payment Methods

4.3 Refund Policy
Important: Due to the digital nature of signal services, refunds are issued only for:
- Service unavailability exceeding 7 consecutive days due to our system failure (pro-rated refund)
- Duplicate or erroneous charges (full refund)
- Refunds required by applicable law
Buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with signal outcomes, or market losses do not qualify.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel anytime via Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle; you retain access through the paid period.
5. Disclaimers
Not Investment Advice: All information provided by MarketLegion (prices, signals, news classification, AI analysis) is for informational purposes only and is not investment advice, trading recommendations, or guarantees of returns. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility.
- We are not liable for market losses, trade failures, or exchange outages.
- Cryptocurrency and other financial asset investments carry volatility and risk of total loss.
- We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
- Signals and analysis are algorithmic and do not guarantee future market movements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, opportunity cost, or investment losses.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, signal algorithms, AI models, UI/UX, logos, trademarks (the legacy "CryptoTik" name is permanently retired), and all content are our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, personal, non-commercial license to use the Service.
Patent Pending. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or signal redistribution is prohibited.
8. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Redistribute or resell our signals or analysis without authorization
- Scrape APIs or operate automated bots without our explicit permission
- Hijack or impersonate other users' accounts
- Probe, scan, or exploit infrastructure vulnerabilities
- Defame us or other users
9. Service Modifications & Termination
- We may suspend Service for improvements, maintenance, or security with prior notice.
- Material changes to these Terms will be notified 30 days in advance via email; continued use constitutes acceptance.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without prior notice.
10. Data Sources & Accuracy
We collect multi-asset market data through licensed data providers (exchange public APIs, market-data vendors, news licenses). We make best efforts but do not guarantee absolute accuracy in case of data-source outages, latency, or errors.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delaware state courts. For Korean residents, mandatory consumer protection laws of the Republic of Korea apply to the extent required.
