1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MarketLegion services (the "Service") operated by MarketLegion Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

MarketLegion is a crypto-market decision intelligence service operated by MarketLegion Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation. It provides market analysis, monitoring and decision support. It does not trade.

• Market Wire — news and market events, gathered and organised
• Market Pulse — market context read from live market data
• Decision Desk — a per-asset view combining the reading, the context and the supporting evidence
• Assets — tracking for the assets you follow, including price levels and structure
• Performance and Verified Performance — how MarketLegion's own readings resolved over time
• Proof — the published record behind those results
• Notifications — push notifications on the web app and, where available, on the iOS and Android applications

The assets MarketLegion supports are shown in the Service and change over time as coverage expands. No fixed list of assets is promised by these Terms.

3. Accounts

3.1 Eligibility

• Accounts are available through the channels MarketLegion currently offers. Some channels may require an invitation or an access code; where one is required, the requirement is shown before you create an account.
• MarketLegion is for adults aged 18 and over. Creating an account, using the Service and purchasing a subscription are permitted only to individuals aged 18 or older. Individuals under 18 may not create an account or use the Service, with or without a parent's or guardian's consent.
• You must also be of an age at which you can form a binding contract in your jurisdiction; where that jurisdiction sets the age of majority above 18, the higher age applies.
• An app store may display its own content rating for the application according to that region's rules. Any such rating is set by the store and does not change the minimum age of 18 stated in these Terms.
• If we learn that a user is under 18, we may terminate the account and delete or otherwise handle the associated personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and any legally required retention obligations.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• One account per person. Multi-account violations may result in termination.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.
• We apply JWT RS256, bcrypt hashing, and IP-based brute-force lockout (5 failures → 15 min).
• Notify support@marketlegion.ai immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Pricing Tiers

Purchases made inside the iOS or Android application are processed by Apple or Google. The price, the billing period, any introductory or promotional offer, and the renewal terms that apply to you are the ones displayed on that store's purchase screen at the time of purchase, and those displayed terms govern.

Any free trial or introductory offer, where one is available, is described on the purchase screen together with its eligibility and duration. Offers may be limited, may vary by channel and region, and may be withdrawn. A promotional price does not change the standard price, which resumes when the promotional period ends.

Both Member Access billing cycles, monthly and annual, are offered to every member. They do not depend on a referral or on how you signed up. Separately, Agent Access — the Access a sales partner holds to keep their own qualification — may be offered on annual billing only where the partner's organisation has agreed to those terms. The price and billing cycle that apply to you are shown before purchase.

4.2 Payment Methods

• Web app: Stripe (credit/debit card, USD)
• iOS application: Apple In-App Purchase
• Android application: Google Play Billing

4.4 Cancellation

How you cancel depends on where you subscribed.

• Web app (marketlegion.ai / PWA): cancel in Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. Cancellation is processed through Stripe and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
• iOS (Apple App Store): subscriptions bought through Apple are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions), not by MarketLegion.
• Android (Google Play): subscriptions bought through Google Play are managed and cancelled in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), not in the MarketLegion app.

In every channel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription.

5. Disclaimers

• We are not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, or from decisions you make or actions you take on any exchange or platform. MarketLegion does not execute transactions and has no access to your funds or accounts on any exchange.
• Cryptocurrency and other financial asset investments carry volatility and risk of total loss.
• We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
• Signals and analysis are algorithmic and do not guarantee future market movements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, opportunity cost, or investment losses.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, signal algorithms, AI models, UI/UX, logos, trademarks (the legacy "CryptoTik" name is permanently retired), and all content are our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, personal, non-commercial license to use the Service.

Patent Pending. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or signal redistribution is prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Redistribute or resell our signals or analysis without authorization
• Scrape APIs or operate automated bots without our explicit permission
• Hijack or impersonate other users' accounts
• Probe, scan, or exploit infrastructure vulnerabilities
• Defame us or other users

9. Service Modifications & Termination

• We may suspend Service for improvements, maintenance, or security with prior notice.
• Material changes to these Terms will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect, by email to your account address and by in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without prior notice.

10. Data Sources & Accuracy

We collect crypto-market data from licensed and public data sources (exchange public APIs, market-data vendors, news licenses). We make best efforts but do not guarantee absolute accuracy in case of data-source outages, latency, or errors.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delaware state courts. For Korean residents, mandatory consumer protection laws of the Republic of Korea apply to the extent required.
